Mr. Dawson Lee, President of Benimax Investment Group and Managing Partner of Aceland Capital.

Mr. Dawson Lee has over 23 years of experience in the investment management of apartment real estate. He graduated from the Industrial Economics Department of Renmin University of China in 1982 and began to devote himself to apartment real estate investment in Canada in 1997. In 2013, with his sharp business sense, he came to the United States and founded Benimax, initiating real estate project investment centered in Atlanta and the Southeastern US. In just 6 years, Benimax has acquired and managed over 7,000 rental apartments in the rapidly developing Southeastern market. In 2016, Mr. Lee co-founded Aceland Capital, expanding investment management targets from B/C classes to all types of apartment real estate including high-end A classes, extending investment from Georgia to Texas and Florida, and attracting an increasing number of high net worth investors and institutional investors from around the world.

Mr. Lee is the recipient of the "Heritage Award" at the 2017 "Georgia Minority Business Achievement Awards". He is enthusiastic about participating in regional co-development, regularly donates to charitable organizations, and organizes business exchange activities to provide a mutual aid platform for small and medium-sized enterprises. Mr. Lee is currently the Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Renmin University of China North America Alumni Association.
