Entrepreneurship is exciting, but entrepreneurs often bear the responsibility of the entire team, weathering many moments of near-failure in the dark, while maintaining a flexible and sober insight, harboring courage and faith, rushing towards dawn with full force. In this sprint, female entrepreneurs also have to digest the pressure of marriage and childbirth, break the inherent prejudices of the business world, and strive for equal financing, talent, and sales resources, etc. We see that many female entrepreneurs are breaking through barriers. According to the "2021 Women Entrepreneurship Research Report" released by Mastercard, as of 2020, there are a total of 143 million female entrepreneurs worldwide, almost one in three entrepreneurs is a woman. The "female power" is gradually blooming in the entrepreneurial group. So, what kind of journey do the female entrepreneurs around us have? On the occasion of the "March 8 International Women's Day" and the arrival of the American "Women's History Month", the Renmin University of China North American Alumni Association invites three female friends who have started businesses in China and are at different stages of their careers to share their unique entrepreneurial stories, show the charming style of entrepreneurial women, and bring valuable experience and reference to friends with entrepreneurial ideas.
