In the keynote speech session hosted by Xiwen Fan, the founding president of the North American Alumni Association, Professor Yang Li, chairman of the National Finance and Development Laboratory, and Professor Yiping Huang, deputy dean of the National School of Development of Peking University, delivered speeches successively.
With the theme of "improving the income distribution system is a long way to go", combined with the data of China's national balance sheet, he analyzed the income distribution system such as labor compensation, primary distribution, redistribution, property income, social security and social welfare transfer expenditure and put forward a series of specific suggestions for improving the income distribution system, including increasing the proportion of wage income in the primary distribution, increasing the property income of the majority of residents, and increasing the role of national finance (taxation and expenditure) in the redistribution of national income.
